By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws.

FXSignet does not provide services to jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.

FXSignet does not:

All information provided on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • FXSignet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles & Content

4.1 Providers

  • Providers may publish signals, analyses, or related content.
  • Providers are solely responsible for the content they share.
  • FXSignet does not verify, guarantee, or endorse provider content.

4.2 Traders

  • Traders acknowledge that they use signals at their own discretion and risk.
  • Any trading decision made based on Platform content is solely the user's responsibility.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital.

By using FXSignet, you acknowledge that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • FXSignet is not liable for any financial losses

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent information or impersonate others
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the Platform
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Copy, scrape, or resell Platform data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and design belong to FXSignet or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

Unauthorized use of FXSignet intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party tools or services (including charting services). FXSignet is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or performance.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Termination

FXSignet reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Restrict access to protect Platform integrity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FXSignet shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses
  • This includes loss of profits, data, or trading capital
  • Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FXSignet harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
